If you are downloading a category with as combined , use show link and only download a max of 22 sub categories at a time, if more than 22 entries then keep downloading a max of 22 and save under a different name until you have all, then append in poiedit and save as the main category. |

For a BP POI category for your TomTom device go to This Page and select fuel, from the checkboxes that open up select BP and download/ install to your device in the same way as any other POI file (note the BP POI file contains 1143 locations and was last updated earlier today).
As for voices visit the TomTom web site or some of the third party suppliers for purchase of voices and installation instructions
If you are unsure about installation of POI files to the TomTom have a look at the speed camera installation guide for a few clues there is one to be found Here just lok at how to copy/ paste the files to the device - Mike |

|
|
i live in the catterick garrison area of north yorkshire, i downloaded your POI data base and added it to my TT1 and then tool a look as you do, to which i found that the tesco is not showing even though it is on the sd card and when i go into TT home it is on there and also it shows that the tesco fuel is there but it is in the wrong place!
how do i go about sorting this problem out?? it is a good data base and i have added alot since i joined and found this site to be a great knowledge. |

How many POI files have you got installed in the map folder? - if you have more than 100 Custom POI categories (assuming version 6 software) then it will not allow you to use certain POI's if you are over the limit.
Count the number of files with an extension of .ov2 in the map folder, above 100 and you will need to re-think what you actually need - Mike |
