Ahh, there's always someone who comes out with some strange comments when I mention using GPS on planes. Most airlines do allow you to use a GPS unit on their planes, it's not a problem.

I tried it a few years ago but it was difficult to get a fix. I wouldn't be tempted again as I really wouldn't want to be in the middle of a security panic triggered by a passenger freaking out. There are so many people playing with electronic devices and I can't see what's so dangerous about a gps myself but others might not see it that way. |

yes but you alluded to doing it secretly without prior permission.
I find that photo in very bad taste. When the majority of my colleagues were murdered in Tower 1, I did not find it one little bit funny, and 6 years on I still don't see anything even humorous about it. We have a place for people like you.
