Sounds to me like he hasn't switched maps. The command is in the Preferences section under 'Manage Maps' |

I have a TT One V2 europe and it works outs routes for me in France without changing maps. I have been looking at my summer destination and it has worked exactly the same as it does in the UK

Or that he can't find the Town in France that he wants to go to?
At which point does he have a problem? _________________ Richard

A reading of tomtomtel's post suggests that he has a regional TomTom and that he has added the Europe maps that he has purchased. If this is the case, then he has to switch maps.
In ascsbe's case, he has the Europe maps preinstalled. That's why it works for him. |
