A dumb question, but are you sure the battery hasn't just died? |

Provisional Update:
Dead Could not do anything with it, Plugged in cradle on charge and after 5 mins with still in cradle operated ok, but still showing orange charging light after 15 mins although fully charged 1 hr before, first impressions are battery fault but too early to confirm because i only usually ever run on battery for 5 mins max, usually run in car on 12v plugin, I had prevously tried soft reset with no success, suggest you try switching on whilst charging after a few minutes but do not try hard reset (i.e. on-off switch on back) otherwise you will wipe out all programs,
will report after further investigation |

Further Update:
After leaving on charge for 4-5 hrs everthing now seems back to normal, havent a clue what caused it, firstly suspected battery but if battery did go flat it would have lost programs, it didnt, but surprisingly it took a long time on charge considering it had been fully charge a few hours earlier and not used since, all i can do is see how goes on. |
