I'm a Mio C710 owner. In the past few days I can't update the device. When using the MioMap updater tool it comes back with no updates available. I know for fact that it needs to be updated.
Has anyone tried updating un the past few dates?
I'm interested to know if this is a problem of my device or a problem of the site.
In the mio-tech site they have posted the following message:
Quote:
Mio C220, C320, C520 & C520t UPDATE
Mio updater tool currently not available
Due to technical problems, the Mio updater tool is currently not available. You can download and install the software, but when you use the updater tool the update itself can not be downloaded.
We are working hard to solve the problem as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Yes, zeevb, my C710 also returns 'There isn't available update.' after about a minutes searching.
In the past it has usually offered something but what that actually was I don't know.
However, it does still do a brief 'synchronise'.
Just wait.
I presume the problem will be resolved.
Eventually.
