|
|
I did use to have a Navman iCN 610 and I always used Pocket GPS World for my speed camera downloads ( which by the way are brilliant !!! ).
But now I have a Navman F20 European and I was wondering if I could still use Pocket GPS World for my speed camera downloads ?
I know Navman are now doing their own now but I would much prefer to continue to get my downloads here ( where I know that they are constantly added / amended on a monthly basis ).
Any information would be much appreciated.
Best Regards

Yes you can, but you'll need to buy the Navman F20 Connectivity Kit to transfer them. _________________ Tim |

I have now ordered my F20 Connectivity kit ( which can't get to me quick enough for my liking , but what can you do )
Tim , you answered my last question so quickly , I wondered if you know the answer to this one.
On my Navman iCN 610 I was able to download and use the Speed Zoned Complete files.
This proves to be VERY helpful when you are moving along "quickly" shall we say ,then your nav. beeps , you have a look what speed you should be doing and react accordingly.
So this is the question and it's a biggie......
Can I STILL use the Speed Zoned Complete files on my Navman F20 European ?
( I have got everything crossed as I type this ) |

Yes, you can, as far as I'm aware. I actually have an F30 (F20 + TMC module) for review at the moment, but I didn't get a connectivity kit so can't check for sure. _________________ Tim |

I got my Connectivity Kit today and with a bit of help from Rodderstrotters email to me ( Thank You again ) I was able to download the latest camera database and it works perfectly.
I don't know why I ever thought it would'nt. |
