TomTom Rider Audio probs on bluetooth headset.

Hi, anyone have a clue about this problem please?

The navigation instructions can be heard on the bluetooth headset perfectly well, but when the tomtom rider unit is connected by bluetooth to the phone and there is a phonecall (which can be answered on the tomtom rider perfectly well) the caller cannot be heard.

the microphone part works ok as the caller can hear the rider talking.

and the earpiece obviously works as the nav instructions can be heard.

The incall menu volume has been turned up on the screen

The volume on the bluetooth headset is full up.
