HI
CAN ANYONE HELP ME IM TRYING TO BACKUP MY TOMTOM GO 910 BUT USING TOMTOM HOME IT STOPS BACKING UP WHEN I GET TO FILE "COPY.EXE " ITS THE SAME WHEN I USE WINDOWS EXPLORER IT COMES UP WITH THE ERROR. I THINK THE FILE IS CORRUPT ,IS THERE ANY WARE I CAN DOWNLOAD THIS FILE FROM OR WHERE CAN I GET IT FROM

| In Explorer under tools folder options make sure the boxes are not ticked for do not show hidden files and folders and take the tick from hide extnsions for known file types |

Also, are you using TomTom Home to do the backups? If not i suggest that you do, as although there are 1 or 2 issues with 'Home' it does seem to manage backups with no problems.......

Congratulations!! It looks as if you have one of the models that had a "Virus" on board.
See HERE.
If you delete the 2 Files mentioned then the Backup should run normally.
I haven't done a backup with HOME, but it had a habit of messing around with the Capitalisation of File Names. This meant that you might have problems with Text To Speech.
