| hi, i hastily signed up and subscribed using paypal ,did'nt think to see which account to pay from and it was by echeque. I've looked on paypal to try to cancel and repay using credit card account but no luck. They mention clicking the action tab but nothing is there. Is there anyway i can do this so i can get the database today. thank you |

Sorry, I can't actually help, but if you don't get a reply by the time you need the database, could I suggest you try paying again, by CC, if the payment system will allow it, for a month? Then get it sorted out later.

When on your paypal account there should be a details box where your payment is click this and you should be able to edit/cancel payment.
If not you can make another payment by cc and when your echeque clears it will add to your account here.
If you paid for a year on echeque then just pay for 1 mounth on cc |

Hi, if i pay for one month on credit ard as well as the alread paid for years subscription wih echeque they will give me 13 months subscription.

yes. any subsequent subscriptions are ADDED to the end of your current one.
