Garmin is a big player in the GPS field so I was rather disappointed with their response to a pre-sale enquiry regarding the Street Pilot 7500. I have been considering the purchase of one of these for some time but I can't find answers to some questions I have. One supplier suggested contacting GArmin directly but I have had no response. Is this their normal level of service? |

for non-technical issues i find it better to phone them as you can get an answer straight away. requests for information are usually left in favour of technical problems.
try ringing them: 0808 238 0000

I am still waiting for a response to a email enquiry more than four weeks ago asking if the Nuvi 660 would soon be marketed with fm transmitter as standard in the uk. |

no, it won't. it's been mentioned before. the 670 is though

If you think Garmin's pre-sales is bad, try getting something fixed under warranty. They are still denying a problem with the Nuvi 660 months after many people have documented the 257 files problem on here. They are still trying to charge to fix brand new units..... just search in "660 AND 257" |
