subscription problem

I've paid my subscription for 12 months, I just been emailed that an update is available, but I cannot find anywhere where I can download the database from.
This is the 2nd or 3rd updtae \i,ve been notified about and have not had a problem in the past

On the left of this page, in the Members Area (£2) box, click on Speed Cameras. Note that this update is as at 28th February, which you may have already downloaded a few days ago?

Just in passing, I noticed in another thread that they are hoping to issue another update this coming Friday!

If you go to this page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Watch this topic", you'll get an e-mail when they issue a new update.

Thats brought another problem I've just downloaded the database but cannot find it anywhere

I've searched my entire PC for pgps*.zip and similar but cannot find anything

Why not just download it again to somewhere where you WILL be able to find it, eg the desktop, and make a note of the location and the file name.

If only it was that simple

When I press the download button the screen just changes after a couple of secs as if it was downloaded.
There are no dialogue boxes to see where to download or to change the download settings, and i can't find any settings on pgps site I can adjust.

Possibly it's just me being thick but i've never had this problem before.

can you try a hard refresh on the download page: hold down CTRL and then press F5

then try again. also, can you make sure no firewall or antivirus or pop-up blocking software is blocking the site.

Sorry I havn't replied sooner but I have been out of the country.

Fired the PC up , went to the page and downloaed without any problems,
PC must have needed a break as much as me
