Silly question, perhaps, but I haven't found an answer using the search tool.
I have a GPSMap60Cx. The Garmin-supplied USB cable is kinda short. Is that cable special in any way, or can I use an ordinary USB cable in its place?
Thanks.

No, I think any USB cable will work, certainly does with my LegendC GPS anyway! I only used it once, thought I'd try it with another standard USB lead and it worked, so left the Garmin one in the box |

I've connected to my 60cx using both the supplied cable, and one of my own. I'm pretty sure it's standard USB. |
