I joined 2 days ago. I still cannot download the speed camera database. I have a receipt from Paypal with a reference number. I e-mail yesterday morning and still haven't heard anything.
Please could someone inform me about what is happening.
Thanks.

Hi colacao82 and welcome to the forums!
I've checked with PayPal and, as you paid by eCheque, your payment has to clear through the UK banking system. Your expected clearing date is 15 Feb. 2007. We do mention this on the subscription page, but amongst all the other information it's understandably missed. _________________ Robert Brady |

Oh sorry. I had registered my credit card with them and I thought I had paid that way. My mistake. Thanks for the reply.
Keep up the good work

I have the same problem and am sure that I used my credit card through Pay Pal. Admittedly this was only half an hour ago but I would expect the subscription to be immediate. Is that correct? |

I have now activated it manually and added an additional month. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Hi.... I also have paid a monthly subscription of £2.00 via Paypal. My Paypal account works fine as I use it to purchase items off of ebay however this transaction is showing as "uncleared". Is there anything I nedd to do???? My intention is to download the speedcamera DB for my IPAQ 6515 / Tom Tom navigator 6. |

'Uncleared' indicates you have paid by eCheque. This means we do not receive payment until it has 'cleared' but rest assured your sub will be activated once this occurs. Your PayPal account should give you an indication of when clearance is expected. _________________ Darren Griffin |
