Quick fix on TT710 not working

I have been using quick fix up until mid January with no problems,but,now I can't download if over GPRS.TT have offered suggestions which have not worked.Can I confirm that soft reset is the button on the base of the TT710?TT take about 3 days to get back to me so I would be grateful for any help.Thanks,Mike

Reset is a very tiny pinhole hidden inside the "hole" which fits onto the mount. I cannot for the life of me find a link to a picture of it. Hold it upside down - Down diagonally to the right below the little rubber stop is a semi circular cut out, it's in there, use a blunt pin or thin paperclip.

Have a look HERE which somes the reset location on your device, its worth a try - Mike

Hi Mike,thanks for the picture;thats the one i have used.I have followed TT help to the letter which has meant reloading an old backup file for TT but still Quick fix comes up with error.I am willing to try any other suggestions you might be able to provide,thanks,Mike
