Hi all,
Is there a way to reverse the screen while running Tomtom on a PDA (Ipaq 2210) so that it can be placed flat on the dash & the reflection read normally on the windscreen?
Thanks in advance. |

Could be done at night,But would be illegal
As the bridge screen would hamper your view,Wouldn't realy work during the day either. And the display would be reversed so would be hard to read. _________________ truckdriver site www.truckerplace.eu

There is some software by tchart that has a reverse screen option and can be used to project speed, heading etc on to the windscreen, but in practice the windscreen distorts the image with a double relection from both surfaces of the glass.
Also Drive Smart were developing a head up display but I have not heard much of this device, the prototype was on display at the Basingstoke meet we had Nov 2006 - Mike |
