Hi
I am running a HP5550 ipaq with tomtom5 and was wondering if anyone could suggest an external speaker so I can amplify the voices
Any help would be appreciated

Hi Paul,
Here's a solution for you.
Have you seen the little devices in Curry's (Hmm, Vindalu.. Oh wrong one!) the are designed for Ipods?
Basically they have a 3.5mm stereo jack on a short piece of cable into a short range radio transmitter. You connect the jack into the ear socket on your Ipac. Set the frequency on your transmitter (operates between 102 and 106Mhz FM) and then tune your car radio (or even any basic FM radio for that matter) to that frequency.
Heypresto, announcements and warnings as loud as your FM radio will go!

I have one of the aforementioned gizmos but cannot see anywhere onmy Ipaq to plug it in, its a HP5550 and I am currently using it mounted on a PDAMods own brand cradle on the air vent
Any suggestions
