It seems like ages that I was told that I'd have to wait for the paypal e-cheque to clear. Will I be notified when this has happened ? as I'm still showing as not subscribed to the camera database ?

Apologies Paul, Looks as if there was a time-out between the PayPal and PocketGPSWorld.com server when you subscribed.
All should be OK now. I've added an extra month to make up for the delay.
