I have inadvertently paid the subscription fee twice since August, yet I still cannot access the speed camera data. The page still says that I am not subscribed. How can I sort this out and how do I get a refund for my second unnecessary subscription. ( Both paid by Paypal )

Hi Steve,
I can see one payment only from PayPal for £19.00 when I search using your email address. That payment should have automatically credited your account as a subscriber, but didn't. It was probably a time-out between PayPal's system and ours.
I have manually activated your subscription.
If another payment goes through, please let me know the transaction number and I'll refund immediately.
Many apologies for the inconvenience.

Transaction 2.
Date 14/12/2006
Time 17.13GMT

Invoice ID 95794
