Any chance of a smaller or more-neutral "RSS Button" on each of the forums displayed on http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums
The existing orange "RSS Button" somewhat over-dominates the page and makes it much more difficult to scan down the page looking at the forum names.
I appreciates this isn't a problem that will lead to the end of the world or other such disaster, but it would make viewing the forum list a little easier......
Many thanks

This is a method that is used, mainly for News Items, to see when a Web Page has been updated.
I use FeedReader from http://www.feedreader.com/ and it's free.;) _________________ Richard

I see - thanks for the explanation. I've always just enabled the notify by e-mail facility on other forums but that's just for replies to posts.
Interesting... One problem I have had before is with forums not keeping the profile area (where you keep your e-mail address) private. This allows junk mail spiders to harvest addresses.
Being updated of a change by the RSS facility gets round this but no good for individual post threads. Come to think of it why can't you just look in the forum to see if there are any new threads without the need for RSS Or is it just that there are so many forums here it would be a bit of a chore? |

I agree! However it is the 'standard' button for RSS. I'll see if it can be reduced in size a little... I'm sure the reduction from the standard size won't confuse too many people _________________ Robert Brady |
