I HAVE DONE IT!!!!!!!!

NOKIA 6280 - "3" NETWORK ------

Leave it for about 15-20mins at 65% -- then it errors and asks you if you want to do it manual or not?? select the MANUAL option....

leave "three.co.uk"

when it says user name - Enter your TOMTOM website user name

PASSWORD

enter your tomtom website PASSWORD..

Then select Auto

Then "Auto" agian

Then you get the message saying something about "bluetooth" - select continue...

then Contine contine until it states COMPLETE - and then it will say you free PLUS SERVICES enalbed!!!!

JOBS A GOOD ONE!!!!!

Well done!

I'm going away for 6 months on Wednesday (and tomtom is no use there!) so I'll look at it again when (if) I get back!! Laughing Out Loud

Hi.
I've just changed from O2, where the GPRS worked fine with my Tomtom Nav5, to 3 where it doesn't, even though the mobile retailer assured me it would work fine.
So what I've done is to get an Orange PAYG Sim card for £1 which I will use in my old phone purely for GPRS. Then, in theory, all I'll pay for on that is the data downloaded. The other benefit is that you get the 2 for 1 film tickets.
Also I can't use my old phone on 3 even though its in excellent condition so it puts it to good use.
