cachemate on Mio P550 cant find gps

Hope someone can help.
We use a Mio P550 ppc running Tomtom, memorymap & cachemate.
Lastweek they were all running fine and we successfully found our 1st cache with the new setup.
We then had a problem with the wireless setup which needed a hard reset of the Mio which solved the internet problem.
We loaded all the software back on and tomtom and memorymap are up and running as is cachemate but the problem is cachenav doesnt seem to be able to find the gps.We have set the Mio to share the gps. Any ideas? We'd love to go caching this weekend.
