I am interested in finding a way of getting a full post code search on T5.
So I enter in the search box "Tomtom full post" and get 28003 posts (how many?????)
So I now enter "Tomtom full postcode" and get 30971.
99.99% of these posts have nothing to do with what i am searching for.
Can anyone please tell me what is the point of doing a search with more than one word in the box?[/code] |

Assuming the zip folder on your memory card contains a Great Britain Postal file then you should be OK, If not use the CD to install the post code as it is an option when installing maps.
Next, do you have a folder called tomtom on the memory card, if not create one, it doesn't need anything in it, but its presence makes it work.
If both of the above are already in place are you selecting the postcode method correctly? - you can only use 5 digit postcode when entering an address, use the Navigate to and select the next screen (bottom Right icon), then select postcode, this icon gives full access to the 7 digit postcodes - Mike
Edit once mikealder, to correct typos (thanks LP)

Select "Search for all terms" under your "keywords". |
