I posted a cheque for the annual subscription amount on 29 August but my Personal Page continues to tell me that I am "not a subscriber". Why has my membership not been activated?

Did you Register before you sent the cheque?

Sorry about that. It was an administrative error. You were allocated 1 months subscription rather than one year. I have now corrected that and your year starts from today.
