As there are now so many TomTom models on this forum is it possible, please, to further split them up seperately? i.e. TomTom Go300, TomTomGo 500, TomTom 710, TomTom One etc. With all the postings grouped in TomTom GO/Rider/One it takes so long to plough through so many differentversions to find any topics relating to your specific TomTom?

IMHO wouldnt be useful because many issues apply to all models, many apply to specific types , eg x00, x10, etc, and then people post problems with not-very-useful-headings, either their model no (where the problem could be anything), or 'please help' (same applies), or something cryptic like 'bad news' (did their aunt die?).

So, in summary, you'd just have to plough through a lot of seperate forums instead.

Plus, if you want a specific question answered, you can search to see if its been covered without having to read them all, 'aunt dead' for example would bring up the 'bad news' thread......maybe.

Have to say I'd like to see the opposite happening in some cases...

Why on earth are there three Speed camera forums?
We have:
Pocket GPS Speed Camera Database
Camera Database Questions And Answers
Non-Technical Speed Camera Discussions
1 and 2 seem to have identical content.
3 - I can possibly see a reason for the third one IF it was just used for discussions about e.g. the legal aspects of the cameras.
But it's actually mainly full of identical posts to the other two.

Couldn't they just be merged?
