I have downloded and unzipped the camera database but when following instalation steps It says run Navman SmartST Desktop on your PC.
But I cant find this desktop,Any help would be appreciated |

Which Navman do you own and what software and version is it running?

Did you get four CDs with it? You should have one red one and three black ones; the red one has Navman SmartST DEsktop on it. You should install this before connecting your iCN to the PC. Also, you will find that the POIEditor defaults to .csv files but if you put *.* in the Filename box then it will see the .asc files. Don't forget to unzip the download, too.
