|
|
When pairing the BT 338 with my XDA Mini S the only two ports available are ports 6 & 7, however when I open TT5 and try and get it to see the Bluetooth receiver the only ports available are Com0, Com2,Com3, Com9, Infrared port and serial port. This is my first BT GPS unit so am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated |

First of all are you trying to install TomTom Navigator version 5,21 - if not it won't work correctly on this device, you can download the program files from www.tomtom.com this will give you the latest updated files - Mike |

First off check the e-mail address you have linked to this site as I have sent some details, otherwise you need to set up an outgoing port in the Bluetooth manager.
Start/ Settings connection tab Bluetooth "COMPorts" Tab and select New outgoing Port, select the GPS device from the list, press Next then assign the Com Port from the drop down list (in your case com7).
Now fire up TomTom and configre for com port 7 - Mike |
