transferring unzipped files from pc to nokia 6680 phone

hi everyone i need help i have downloaded camera database to pc and unzipped it but i need to know the best way to transfer to my nokia 6680.do i remove memory card and use a card reader to transfer files to tomtom mobile 5 or can i do via usb lead direct with card still in the phone.any help appreciated.also is it possible to use 2 different systems with poi warner.i.e.medion navigator4 & tomtom mobile 5. thanks dave.....
