Hi librajohn and to the forums
This is a known problem with IE having corruption in the temporary internet files, not that it helps you though.
First make sure that you have all the latest service packs and hotfixes for Windows and IE installed.
If this does not fix the problem have a look Here, and good luck _________________ Samsung Note 20 ultra

Thanks for your suggestions Andy.
However after ensuring that my Windows system was fully up to date & deleting Temp Internet files, I purchased and ran PC OnPoint.
This found and corrected many errors.
But still get same error message: INVALID MENU HANDLE |

I can really only suggest a manual repair or trying an alternative browser, I can't really be more help as it's not a problem I personally had to cope with. _________________ Samsung Note 20 ultra

I've checked the Navman Tech Support pages, and Googled the error message with no joy, so can only suggest you contact Navman. _________________ Anita

Anita, he's having problems downloading from this site. It's nothing to do with Navman.
librajohn, can you try downloading another database? Does the same thing happen? _________________ Tim |

Thanks Anita for trying to help.
Tim - I have discovered that the file was downloading ok.
The problem was in opening/saving the file and I have now resolved that issue.
Sorry to have given misleading information in the first place |
