If you did try to take any action against them - I doubt if you would succeed, they quite clearly say that it is a set-up service and where updates are available.
Assuming that they have paid whatever is required to this site, they will be OK on that score too.
While I would not pay for the service (being able to do it myself), judging by how many times you hear of others having problems on this site, I think that some might actually welcome it.
What you have to remember, as SatNav has become mainstream, some users are actually having difficulty operating the units themselves, so even something as simple (to many of us) as cutting and pasting files, may be beyond them (they might not even understand what you mean by the term).
Many of us who have tried to help others, know all too well, that with some people you just have to give up and do it for them. A bit like if I have a burst - no plumber will talk me through it!

Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
