Daer all i have bhought the navman gps receiver 3450 on november 2003
and used with my ipaq 3970, but since the begining does not work, i' m able to get gps signal just occasionally and very low so is not usable at all.
i down loaded the new rom upgrade 2.37 and installed the sp2 as well without any better.
Could please anyone give me a hand.
Thanks. |

Hi,
Where abouts are you? Do you have any maps installed and if so, where are they? (CF, SD, iPAQ memory or File store). Also, do you have any other apps running at the same time? How much free memory do you have? _________________ Tim |

i'm in italy and i have installed the entire maps of Italy on sd card, and i still have 50 mb free on sd card and 20 mb on ipaq. The problem seam to be on my navman receiver, if i look the the gps status the signal i jumping
from zero to three level. Normaly the signal is quite weak on sunday and in milan down town is almost absence. the strange think also is that when i get the signal from gps the position is complitly wrong, for instance outside the road. I tried to contact navman support but i did not get any feedback yet. Thanks for you replay. |
