Christ it make my blood boil I've emailed them using the contact form as they have hidden any other email addresses.
I do however have the domain owners postal address and the ISP is Pipex. if they don't respond within 24hrs then they will be getting a nice letter from our solciitors and Pipex will be requested to take the site off-line. _________________ Darren Griffin |

I see they are even bragging about it and have even included a link back to this topic, one of the two must be a member of this site to have been able to download the database. _________________ Graham.

That's fine. I've just spoken with Pipex regards the breach of copyright. if the domain hosts don't act within 24hrs then we'll commence legal proceedings. I've captured the web pages for evidential purposes too _________________ Darren Griffin |

I would demand the site be removed immediately, they've been posting new databases for months...
if it's possible to find out how many times they've been downloaded you can surely claim compensation for lost revenue ? _________________ SW

Indeed, however getting an ISP to act to take the site down will require the assistance of our solicitors. I'll give them the 24hrs to do the honourable thing and then we'll commence proceedings which will include a claim for damages. _________________ Darren Griffin |

I'm trawling the user database now in an attempt to identify them. If I can positively ID them I'll cancel any subscription and suspend their accounts. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Interesting, the thread has gone now for all non members, don't know if it's been removed though. My guess is that it hasn't _________________ Samsung Note 20 ultra

They're a US based site, I've emailed them but won't expect a reply until later today at the earliest. _________________ Darren Griffin |
