How can I customize my own POI sound alerts?

Hello,

I read the article about replacing the data.chk file with a new one that has modified sounds. Nevertheless I would like to know how can I do my own sound packs.

I already tried the tool available at http://www.tomtomsatnav.info/, but it doesn't seem to work as although the data.chk file was replaced, I keep seeing and hearing the same sounds when I select the sound alert.

By the way, I'm using TomTom Mobile 5.200 (443).

Can anyone help me?

Just for the record, I found a site which has a small PC application that works great on doing what I want. It is based on the excel script posted here in this forum, and you can find it at:
