Go 910 wont change to night view

Hi my Go 910 wont change auto to night view or dim down. I have both option ticked in settings. Any sugestions or could this be a fault? How do I reinstall the software as I was going to try and format and re set the unit.

Not having a Tom Tom I'm don't know of a solution but I'm sure there's someone around who'll be willing to help rather than just make smart arse comments.

To change to night and day colours automatically, tap Brightness preferences in the Preferences menu. Then select Switch to night view when dark.

Also Kdbarclay if you are trying to see if it changes by putting your finger over it it dont work

The GO must be in the car dock for it to happen, its not instantanious either it can take up to 30 sec to change. As there are problems with the mount it could be that the pins are not connecting properly.
