Hi, i have had my GPS receiver stolen from my car, so was just wondering if any of you guys can advise me on a nice cheap receiver that will work with Tom Tom and SPV C600. Plus a retailer to buy from

Hi
In my opinion you cant beat globalsat bt-338.
shops on e-bay sell them for about £60_£70
What ever you get make sure it has a sirf 3 chip |

Sorry to jump in, i'm also in the same position, i was looking at the Gobalsat BT359. Is this not compatable or is the BT338 better. |

I've only had it a couple of days but my little Holux GPS Slim 236 seems to be a robust, little beasty. Gives me usually 6 sat's even when stuck in the bottom of the cup holder (where I normally dump my change/wallet etc)... |

BT359 is better than the BT338. BT338 is still a very good receiver though |
