I have a C310, and I'm having trouble with the POI loader. I've got the latest software and loader versions, but when I try to copy the POI's over using the loader, I get told "There is not enough space on the GPS to store all the Points of Interest. Please reduce the number of points to send and try again."
I've tried just using the smallest file I could find (a few kb), but I get the same problem.
Any help would be appreciated. |

Please advise whether this programme can be installed to the Garmin Street Pilot 111. Thank you. Jimbo. |

You are driving too close to Halfords and Burger King..... Just drive further away.
Sorry, couldn't resist it. |

I think there's a problem with the latest version of POILoader that causes all POIs to bong and not just the one's you want to. There's a thread somewhere that gives you a link to the old version. |

Update on the missing POI's, I've managed to put some onto the c310 itself, but I'd like to put them onto the SD card. I've tried it with the garmin POI loader software, but it doesn't seem to recognise the fact that they are there!
Ideas?

i am new to this, but han no trouble downloading and installing the speed camera updates to my garmin i3.
just download the software to a file on your desktop,(i have a file and call it garmin), then i unzip the files in the garmin file, go to my poi loader, connect my i3 to the computer, hit the go button, and it takes a few seconds to complete. Hope this helps[/b] |
