Just signed on for a year via paypal and understood it would be instant. I've had confirmation that the payment has been sent, yet every time I try to download the database I get a message telling me to become a member. I may be doing something wrong but I don't see a login prompt or confirmation of my membership.
Please help |

The email from paypal just confirms that pocket gps has been paid. I've had no other emails. I would have thought that pocket gps would have sent a confirmation email if the subscription had been activated. I will just have to wait and see what happens.
Thanks for the info |

Hi dino1now and welcome to the forums. Sorry for the delay in responding.
You paid by eCheque which unfortunately has to clear through the UK banking system. PayPal says it should clear by the 18th. No, I can't understand why it should take so long either _________________ Robert Brady |
