The stretch of the A1 you are refering to only has 1 junction off it if I remember rightly so you can't really end up in wales.
I have been on that paticular stretch a few time and I just turn off the sound (so that I don't get told to turn left and right constantly) and then when it recignises the road again turn it back on.
Easy

Tom Toms are an aid, you should not follow them blindly, always consult a map before you set off to give you a basic route, common sense really, although you are a Macum |

It's actually a great place to live and we can spell properly too (it's Edinburgh) _________________ Tommo...

My house is 30 years old and is not listed on the TT maps. My mothers street is 50 years old and is not listed (the old estate is there that was demolished in the 60's).
Don't count on anything in the last couple of years being listed!!! |

maybe you could phone tele atlas and tell them?
im sure they would do something about it ? as it is their business and they make money from those sort of things?
and mods got any ideas about that ? _________________ kind regards

Things will only change if we report map errors. There is a section on the TomTom website to rpeort errors.
If enough people report the errors then they pass this information on to teleatlas.
You need to visit the TomTom site and login. The choose report map error . This is a menu on the right hand side of the webpage.

I've reported a few map errors to TomTom too. I figured that I may as well do my bit to help the next generation, when the updates appear in 2015 |
