I have just signed up as a member and am receiving this error when I go to the link from the confirmation e-mail:

There is no user in the database with this information.

You can register a new user from here.

I have checked this link but it does not seem to apply:

I suspect that you have paid using eCheque which takes time clearing through the banking system.

Lost_Property is probably correct - as usual :D
