I am a new subscriber and in need of a little help plz.
I am struggling to get the speed cam database working on my Navman PiN 570 pocket pc.
I have downloaded the Consolidated data but having got the data into the PiN 570 SmartST wont work, I get a warning saying
SmartST has used all available system memory while loading maps. Please re-run SmartST , and select only the maps you require from Main Menu - Settings - Active Map Selection.
I am not a pocket pc wiz (obviously!) and could do with a little help if poss.
Cheers for any help offered.

Have you any other maps other than the UK active? What about any other programmes active on the PiN? They may be minimised as opposed to closed. Have you installed any applications to the Main Memory on the PiN? All of these will take up valuable memory. Can you deselect any maps you're not likely to use? _________________ Tim |

Thanks for replying Tim,
No, there are no other maps or progs. running.
The only maps active are Northern England, UK Ferries, Wales & West Midlands and East Midlands, thats it!
My Pin 570 is quite new and I've not installed anything extra on it. |

Can you do a soft reset and try running SmartST again? _________________ Tim |

Tried soft reset, no joy. Iv just done a hard reset, re-installed everything inc. speed cams. SmartST has loaded up so it seems ok now. I will go GATSO hunting to test the software! Fingers Crossed. I'll post a reply to let you know if all's well.
Cheers for your help Tim.
Appreciated.
