I urgently need to contact tom tom to get my mother's go unit repaired under warrantee. It stoped receiving gps about a month after she bought it and the internet retailer she bought it from refuses to acknowledge any responsibility to get it fixed. On Monday it will be a year since it was bought - is the warrantee 1 year or 2? I've been round the tom tom site in circles, and can't find their customer support email address anywhere. Can someone help me to get into the system?
thanks

tried just that, several times before posting. Couldn't get it to work for me, only went round in circles.
FInally discovered that it only works if you click on ANY question, OTHER than "how can I get my Tom Tom Repaired" - that question just sends you back to page you quoted from.

Just go to http://www.tomtom.com/suport
Select from one of the three Icons that represent your device.
Select your TomTom model
Define your question by choosing a category (and sub product)
Click on contact us at the bottom of the page
Login with your e-mail address and password.
If you don' have one, click on create account at the bottom. Then log in on the same page.
Then fill in your question under the Ask TomTom, once you have filled in all the boxes click on submit.
It does work as I have just tried it. _________________ Graham.

Jerry...
It might take longer to make initial contact, but I think you will get a quicker response overall if you use the UK support number 0845 161 0009 instead of email. |

Thx for your assistance.
I wanted to ensure that I'd got something in on their system before the year was up (I'm not sure how long they honour the warrantee for) . I got there in the end - and now I've received the automated email back. Now to wait for their more considered response - they say it could take 1-2 working days, so if I've heard nothing by Wed I'll call them. |

if you got it with a credit card then return it to them or give them a ring for your money back ,you have a contract with them not the shop |
