I've looked on many sites (including TomTom's) and I cant find the info!...
I've just got a nice spangly GO500 and got it pared with my phone (SE W800i) evrything downloaded etc... :D
Then the missus Phones me and the TomTom picks up the call!... I can hear her voice LOUD and clear from the speaker, but she can't hear me!?!...
I thought it had Handsfree Phoning built-in... 
Do I have to spend the extra £20 for the Extension Microphone or is there a mic on the TomTom?... if the is on built in, How do I turn it up???...

| There is a microphone built into the mount, when you pair it up select internal mic. If you do get an external mic this will plug into the mount & you'll need to pair it up again & select external mic. |

| Well I didn't have my go 500 in the mount when I paired up my N70 and the option showed up for me. Try pairing it up again - when you go to connect to phone say No to your W880i & let it search again. |

Did all that!... Still never asked me for internal/external mic!... but its works fine now!... and by fine I mean I have to sit up a bit and shout!.. 
Still gonna get the external mic and mount that closer to my mouth! (sun visor!!) so I can be heard easier!.
