Hi.
Could any one help, I have got a new Xda11s I ran setup remembering the advise about not letting Active install then I put tom-tom on the unit, All seemed to go ok till I tried to write a destination in ( NO KEYBORD ) on the screen. Please don’t tell me I have to use the slide down keyboard. Thinking that on this unit I needed to have active on, I wiped it clean, and re booted letting it all install this time …still no keyboard on the screen. HELP |

I use an XDAIIs as my daily hack and have no problems are you sure you have 5,21 loaded? tap the sat strength bars, then tap the version number box tha is displayed on the screen, what does the second line of text say that is now displayed it should read something like "App version 5.210 (5430)" can you report back with this line of text please - Mike |

Yup - go for the new version its free from www.tomtom.com - it works a treat, and before you install it put the device back into corporate mode as its a crock of you know what with the O2 active installed, once installed it will diplay 5,210 (5431) unless they have changed it very recently, I use 5430 but thats down to choice - Mike |
