RITE I WAS COMIN FROM POOLE DORSET TO SUNDERLAND, LEFT ABOUT 7 45 PM AND ARRIVED AT 1.45AM I WAS USING MY TOM TO GO WHEN AT 11.30PM IT STARTED GOING HAYWIRE IT THOUGHT I WAS IN A FEILD AS I WAS HEADING TO SCOTCH CORNER ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM?IT DIDNT KNOW WHERE I WAS FOR ABOUT 20 MIN KEPT SAYIN TURN LEFT IN 60 YARDS GOIN ABOUT(OFF THE RECORD) 90 MILES AN HOUR ANYWAY AHEM this was last sunday why dont tom tom update the maps??????????? any ideas  _________________ kind regards

that section of he a1 has only just been finish it wasn't in the last update as far as I know ie map 632 uk I think it was from memory it could be in thw next update but that would depend on teleatlas updating there base map but you never know _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

That the latest Software Version.
The Maps have different Version Numbers according to their Compilation. _________________ Richard

You can download maps from TomTom's Website, or wait until the next batch of Maps become available. In both cases you cross TomTom's palm with much silver.;) _________________ Richard

personally id hang on till the next update as the current updated map doesnt have those bits of road in them _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

From what I've read "2nd Quarter 2006" ... which on my calendar is about now.. yes?

so in other words 8O you have to pay tom tom more???? didnt they get enough when we bought the module? thats pretty gay if ya ask me like (i have no problem with gay ppl )

NO ONE REPLIED ! SERIOUSLY WHERE ON THE TOM TOM WEB SITE CAN YOU DOWNLOAD MAP UPDATES?
I NEEED AN ANSWER ASAP AS I AM TRAVELIN BACK TO POOLE IN A FEW DAYS FROM SUNDERLAND IVE SEARCHED THE WEB SITE CANT FIND BUTT ALL  _________________ kind regards

I guess no-one replied because both of your questions have already been answered perfectly by Oldboy and alix776, and the same answers are repeated all over this forum if you look.
The maps are pretty easy to find too:-

i think you have mis understood me my gb map is v562 no where on the site does it tell you where to get the updated maps IT DOESNT SAY NOT EVEN THE PAGE YOU PASTED  _________________ kind regards
