TT One with france map or TT Go 700?

I'm driving Scotland to France this Summer and am intending to buy a TT soon.

I could either go for a Tomtom One and buy the france map (around 235 + 85 + shipping = approx 330ish

or - I could buy the Tomtom Go 700 at £297 (Dixons tax free at the airport) with the maps already built in..

I'm leaning towards the 700, but I've heard the One has a better gps chipset - is this just more sensitive (for reflective windscreens) or is it's refresh rate higher than the old chipset? ie would I notice the difference?

Which one should I go for?

im not sure about the chipset but id recommend the 700 cos i bought one and its great.
