Help a Navman 520 idiot

hi is there anyone in the surrey / sth london area who could show me how to download speed cameras as i do not have a clue. Please dont say read the paperwork etc as i have tried all that. I have laptop with phone line and in car charger and have payed for updates for 1year. failing that is there a computor shop that will do this for me,have just got a speding fine and dont want any more. any help would be gratefull.
