The cheapest would be to just charge it in the car, what are you going to do with it that will take more than 2 hours?

This one from argos works perfectly acceptably - just make sure you follow the instructions in the pack about polarity, and get the voltage setting right - all as embossed on the TT.
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/9828915.htm
It is useful to have a home charger if you want to change settings to the TT at home, only to find that the battery is flat, as I did this afternoon!
Good luck. :D

If that's all you need it for, don't bother.
They say that in the manual because they want to avoid the unit shutting down half way through writing to the card.
So long as the Go/One is fully charged before you start, you will be fine. |

Notorious
Firstly the unit must be charged up (either plug in the car, or with an adapter) - if it's brand new you will need to leave for at least two hours to charge up internal batteries. You can then use it as a free standing module and connect to your computer with the supplied usb lead as per instruction book. If you want to edit the SD card without using the TTone you can buy a usb card reader from any computer shop and insert the card into the reader - I do this for upgrades and installing camera database updates from this site.
Most folks will advise you to buy a second (larger capacity SD card) and copy all of the original card data to the new card - thus not spoiling the original if it all goes wrong! There are plenty of instructions on this site as to how to do this.
Try to be a little more specific with your questions and we can surely help. Good luck. Spot |

Please go to this thread and read Andys advice - im sure you have not copies all files as you thought - you need to copy HIDDEN files too. Switch to this thread if you still have problems.

I use a TTG 300, but I think the advice is still good for a One - if not other members will help out i'm sure.
Good luck Spot |
