Not sure if this has been suggested but why not sell the database on ebay yourself. Charge more and advertise this site.

We already do 
On a seperate note, whilst we appreciate all the reports you make we have had a number recently where closer investigation shows no contravention.
It is important that we maintain the accuracy of our reports to eBay so the listing MUST clearly state it is offering our database or A speed/safety camera database.
Some listings state they supply a link and or a guide to installation. If no database is supplied then there is no contravention.
We are having some effect so it is worth it!

They are licenced to offer a 1 month trial on new hardware. the £15.00 is actually a fee for installation of the database and charging the device etc.

Yeah I did use my personal account but it wouldn't be too difficult to work out who I was. Needless to say the seller replied this morning saying "I have refunded you the money and withdrawn my ads because of problems".
The seller has now withdrawn all his listings

Might the problem have been that the seller was actually selling a speed camera database that they had no rights to sell?
And might that database have been the PocketGPSWorld one?
