Hi, I have the same problem as most on here...
I have a Ericsson T610 and when in cradle the Tomtom500 does not use the mic, I read most of the stuff here and upgraded to TomTom GO 5.420 and as previous posts and yes this does give the option to use internal or external mic, whereas the other versions do not.
However this has still failed me and still does not work, I have re-paired many times, reset the lot.
Any ideaS??
This site says that cars with tinited windows and french have the problem? I am not sure why this would effect a mic and make it mute totally.
What if I bought the external mic and re-set it to use that do you think that would work?
Help appreciated.

I suggest you try a different subject line, as it gives the impression your TT doesnt work at all, not just that it doesnt work with a particular Ericsson phone model, so anyone with that phone might not bother reading your message even if they have the answer.

Also, the above refers to satellite reception, nothing to do with phone pairing, so that's not the problem. |
