I'm sorry if this has been asked before (I have searched)
I had TT2 but left it too late to buy an upgrade. Now I have just bought TT5 at full price.
I've delete TT2 from my Axim 5 and loaded TT5 and the GB maps
When it comes to activate I get the message "Sorry, this is not the correct activation code for the product 'Great_Britain'"
I've emailed TT, but in the meantime, have I done anything silly?
I have checked and double checked the codes I've put in and there exactly what appears on the screen
Thanks for you help |

There were some reports of wrong product codes - TT will send you a new one if that is the case.
Are you sure you installed and selected the new map version? _________________ Lutz

Yes - I removed all references to TT2 before the load |

Sounds like a bad Product Code then. Let us know if TT support are responding or not - we can push some buttons if not. _________________ Lutz

Thanks Lutz
I emailed them about 2 hours ago, so I wouldn't expect to hear yet. I'll let you know if I get any problem 8) |
