has there been lots of changes since the last free version ?

Yes, there are now 8005 cameras in the database with 185 additions and 419 changes applied in the new release.

The database is improving monthly and rapidly. Can I take this opportunity to thank everyone who is literally overwhelming us with support and additions.

By the ever changing nature of the medium, the database will always have discrepancies so we'll never make 100%, but keep those reports coming in and we'll reach, what I believe, our realistic 99% accuracy target pretty soon!

Just in case you missed this from the home page:

Your active subscription will be extended free for life if you report just one previously unreported, deleted or altered static speed camera position. (Must consequently be verified by PocketGPSWorld.com.) We monitor all submissions very carefully and you will be notified if we use your submission. If you are successful we will let you know and automatically extend your current membership. You must be a current member and your account must be active to benefit from this offer.

So you might be able to download as ofter as you like for life if you keep your eyes out Wink Happy camera spotting!

We have feb camera data on our i3, when out this weekend we had the red light camera warning come on at traffic lights which was correct as camera was there but about a 100 yards before this camera there is a yellow box gatso type camera and this one didnt show on sat nav in either navigate or just on mode.
Q Would this be because of the red light warning being so close to the gatso???

If its not a logged one how do i get a exact location with my i3, not sure how to get lat & long to post. You may now have it on your new march speed camera files Smile

thanks

Find the location at StreetMap www.streetmap.co.uk click on the exact loation of the camera, making sure the page refreshes and the arrow points at the cameras location. Then move down the page and look for

"Click here to convert/measure coordinates "

Click on that and it'll give you Long and Lat.
